He currently holds the prestigious Duke Progress Energy/Betty Cameron Distinguished Research Professorship at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Dr. Galbraith also holds a Certified Patent Valuation Analyst (CPVA) designation, and is licensed in property, casualty, health, medical, annuities, and flood insurance. Gregory B. Merrill, MBA, Ph.D. (Senior Associate, Business Valuation and Forensic Economics)
Dr. Merrill holds a Ph.D. in accounting for Texas A&M, and teaches financial accounting and auditing. Specializes in forensic accounting. Dr. Merrill was previously on the faculties of University of San Diego, St. Mary's University and more recently, as the Director of the School of Accounting, Wichita State University. He now lives in East Tennessee, and manages the Tennessee office.

Alex DeNoble, MBA, Ph.D. (Associate, Technology Commercialization)
Dr. DeNoble is a professor emeritus at San Diego State University, and previous Director of the Lavin Entrepreneurship Center at SDSU. He has been a consultant in the areas of technology commercialization to many corporations and government agencies. Dr. DeNoble's Ph.D. is from Virginia Tech University.

Dr. Galbraith has testified in court over 50 times in a variety of Equitable Distribution, Damages and Personal Injury/Wrongful Death cases. Court qualified in North Carolina and other states. Federal and District courts. Has performed over 400 business valuations and economic loss reports for a variety of legal cases. Client list includes over 50 different attorneys. One of the few economists in the U.S. who works on PTSD/child sexual assault cases. Developed unique (published in academic journals) analytical methods for examining loss of household services due to injury, use of a Workability Scale to predict amount of income loss mitigation n partial disability and personal injury cases, properly estimating small firm premiums for small business valuation, and estimating discount rates for pre-revenue technologies.

Dr. Galbraith holds a "Certified Patent Valuation Analyst" (CPVA) designation. Dr. Galbraith has thorough knowledge of intellectual property valuation and technology commercialization issues, including many years as Director of the University of North Carolina Wilmington's Technology Transfer Office (Office of Innovation and Commercialization). Also served as senior project manager for 15 years for a U.S. Department of Defense funded technology transfer consortium (CCAT). Author of textbook in Technology Development and Commercialization.
