Dr. Galbraith's earned his Ph.D. (Management and Economics) from Purdue University. He also graduated with MBA (operations) and MSc (biology) degrees. He currently holds the prestigious Duke Progress Energy/Betty Cameron Distinguished Research Professorship at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Dr. Galbraith also holds a Certified Patent Valuation Analyst (CPVA) designation, and is licensed in property, casualty, health, medical, annuities, and flood insurance. Gregory B. Merrill, MBA, Ph.D. (Senior Associate, Business Valuation and Forensic Economics)
Dr. Merrill holds a Ph.D. in accounting for Texas A&M, and teaches financial accounting and auditing. Specializes in forensic accounting. Dr. Merrill was previously on the faculties of University of San Diego, St. Marys University and more recently, as the Director of the School of Accounting, Wichita State University. He now lives in East Tennessee, and manages the Tennessee office.

Curt H. Stiles, MBA, Ph.D. (Associate, Business Valuation)
Dr. Stiles is a professor emeritus at UNCW, and for many years was an active member of the New York Society of Financial Analysts. Dr. Stiles' Ph.D. is from Northwestern University.
Jacqueline Benitez-Galbraith, MBA, MA (Associate)
Ms. Galbraith is a native Spanish speaker, born and raised in Mexico. She teaches Business Spanish at UNCW. She also holds an international MBA, and has served as a translator in a variety of legal and business cases.

Dr. Galbraith has testified in court over 50 times in a variety of Equitable Distribution, Damages and Personal Injury/Wrongful Death cases. Court qualified in North Carolina and other states. Federal and District courts. Has performed over 400 business valuations and economic loss reports for a variety of legal cases. Client list includes over 50 different attorneys. One of the few economists in the U.S. for PTSD/child sexual assault cases. Developed unique, and published, analytical methods for examining loss of household services due to injury.

Dr. Galbraith holds a "Certified Patent Valuation Analyst" (CPVA) designation.
